Constable Hall welcomes people with special needs to consider visiting our peaceful setting. However, being a historic museum in a rural setting, there are considerations that must be observed.
- Group tours – must contact the Director to arrange the visit details before arrival. In some circumstances it is possible to put a temporary wheel chair ramp at the front steps. These visits are scheduled to ensure the best possible experience.
- Individual tours – should contact the Director to discuss possible special needs before arrival. Some accommodation is possible, but that should be discussed before arrival. The Hall has no permanent wheelchair access.
It is our goal to extend The Constable Hall experience to the largest possible audience consistent with the constraints imposed by our historic structure.
