Young and old are invited to join us for a fun day of “Living like a Servant”!  We will have MANY, MANY different opportunities to try some old traditional skills.  Hopefully our “resident mountain man” Derek Carpenter can be there for flint and steel fire building, and hatchet throwing, etc. But we will still have old fashioned laundry, hand cranked ice cream, butter churning, sawing wood by hand, knitting, spinning, haying, scythes, furrowing, printmaking, taxidermy, wood carving, etc. to name just a few!  We very are excited to share many items that have been in storage in the Servants Quarters, (hence the event name).
