Birding

The Hall is very happy to be holding an annual series of Birdwalks with Linda Gibbs from the Tug Hill Land Trust. She is a wealth of knowledge on “all things birds”! Below is a list of birds seen at the hall over the last two years, whether it be with the birdwalks, visitors, volunteers, and/or staff. If you happen to witness a different bird while visiting, please contact us so we can add it to the list. We are trying to learn how many different species we have and working on improving our bird habitats to encourage more wildlife. If you haven’t heard of the free Merlin Bird ID app from Cornell, try it out. It makes bird identification so much easier!
